I ended up needing to ask for a refund after I ordered on Roper, easier than I expected it was. Support got back to me, and in a few days the money was back. Not a big drama or anything, so happy with it I am

I used eroper.com for a while, mostly in the evenings after work when I was just browsing around, and overall it was fine. The site itself wasn’t really the issue for me, but the billing info felt a bit unclear. The price was shown, but I had to look around more than expected to understand renewal details and possible charges.
Nothing dramatic happened, and I didn’t have some huge problem or anything. I just found myself checking my account more often than I normally would, which got a little annoying. It’s not bad, but I’d definitely prefer the payment and renewal info to be more obvious before signing up.

It took a little back and forth, but they ended up fixing everything and explained what went wrong. Happy with how it all turned out, so I’m giving 5 stars

I kept wishing there were more options and better filters so I didn’t have to dig around so much. It’s not bad at all, but it didn’t really wow me either.

It showed up basically just how it was described, which is always nice. Nothing weird or unexpected, so overall I’d say it was a solid buy.

Everything in my order was correct, so no complaints there. I really don’t have the patience for mix-ups, so I was glad it all showed up exactly how I ordered it.
